I can just picture us when it’s all done sitting on the couch and every place that our eyes touch is something that we did with our own hands. That is going to be so special. I also love what you said about every single thing that we go through is just adding a layer of wisdom to our lives. Wow! That is so true and something I never thought about. I have learned and done things in the last year and a half that I never did in all the years of my life before that! I love it that we were able to retire, but we did not just sit down and do nothing. This is truly a new chapter in our lives. I love all the things that I’m learning to do and all the things that I can see. I love spending all of my time with Scott. He is my best friend and we are more in love now than ever before. Scott always says, a body in motion stays in motion. Working on this ranch is definitely staying in motion! We love it!

Scott is going to be working late again this evening. He is working on the tile on the balcony. At this moment, I am at the laundromat doing our laundry. That is one of the things that I am looking most forward to when this house is done… Not having to go to the laundromat anymore!
As for a particular song or sound that we like when the house is still… I’m not sure. We have a routine in the RV….after dinner we either play cards, watch TV, or play games on our phones. We also listen to music. After everything is settled, and we are ready for bed, we have a CD that we play that we listen to as we go to sleep.
I have a question for you: so far, I have been able to comment every day on our posts, but what happens if I get too busy or I forget or something stops me from commenting one day. What will you do then? I don’t ever want you to think that I have stopped being interested.
So last night Scott worked late again, so we didn’t have our balcony time; however, we did relax on the front porch of the RV for a while. There was a nice , cool breeze which was very nice. And don’t worry, when I walked from the house with my basket of eggs, I used the flashlight and didn’t fall! 😂
I wanted to share that a little while ago, we drove down our driveway to come have breakfast in town and to run some errands, and there were 2 geese on the pond. They were just floating around, and I got the best feeling seeing that. They chose OUR pond to relax in! I know that sounds silly, but it just thrilled me!
