๐Ÿ˜ด Sara C. Mednick is a professor of cognitive science and a sleep researcher ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ at the University of California, Irvine. She is widely known for her work on the benefits of ๐Ÿ’ค napping and is the author of several popular ๐Ÿ“š books and numerous scientific ๐Ÿ”ฌ papers on the subject.
