The dinner went great! I wore leggings and a T-shirt- a nicer one, though. It went very well with what Gary was wearing! ๐ We had some quality visiting time before we ate. Gary loved the staircase and he marveled at all the fine work Scott has done. The soup turned out great, and Gary loved it. I also had toasted French bread, and Gary brought pecan pie for Scott and him (I donโt like it) and turtle pie for me, all of which we topped with our Blue Bell ice cream. It was such a great time, and such a sweet milestone! Are you able to see my pictures yet? Because of course I took some! ๐ฅฐ
Gary left at 7:30, (he had arrived at 4:30) and after cleaning up, Scott and I played Boggle for a while and then went to bed. Gary told us about an estate auction happening today, so we are currently on our way there. There is some machinery Scott is interested in. We will stop and grab some kolaches and coffee on the way.
