Hi Loo!
Church was wonderful as always, although I was tiredโฆ. We had another storm come thought last night and it woke us up several times.
After church and before the video call with my kids and their spouses, Scott took me to the upstairs bathroom and held both mirrors up one at a time so we could choose which looks better. We both agreed on which one we wanted up there. While I was in the video call with everyone, Scott continued to work on the house. I suspect that he put the mirrors up, but I havenโt gone to look yet. Iโll let you know!
We are sitting in whatโs fast becoming our favorite room in the houseโฆ. The one we call โThe Window Room.โ It faces east and has 6 tall windows. Itโs not set up completely yet, but those white chairs are so comfy! Scott is taking a much needed nap in the chair at the moment.
Some potential good newsโฆ.. great news if it turns out to be trueโฆ.. Scott went to check on the cows earlier today, and he said he thinks the vet was wrong about how many months that one cow was when they came out and checkedโฆ he said her milk bags are getting full, and thatโs a good indication that itโs getting close! We have several others that are due this month, so we should have some calves pretty soon. Scott predicts we will have 3 by next week!! We shall see!! I hope and pray that one cow does have a baby!
I brought two huge loads of food from the RV pantry over to the house earlier. I am going to try to organize this pantry with the food! Iโm excited. (Where is Jeanette when I need her!?! ๐)
And guess what!? I was correct-Scott DID put up those two mirrors while I was on the video call! They look so good!!!
I forgot to tell you that one of the mirrors had a price tag of $35, which we thought was very reasonable for as nice as it was. However, when we got up to the checkout counter, she informed us that that mirror was 70% off! How awesome is that!?
