  • ๐Ÿงญ Self awareness and ๐Ÿง evaluation are necessary for course correction, but too much may be ๐Ÿค• crippling for motivation.
  • โš™๏ธ Systems thinking points to the existence of ๐Ÿš€ leverage points in complex systems.
    • ๐ŸŽฏ Of course, we want to find the leverage points
    • โœ… and often we do
    • โš ๏ธ but itโ€™s easy to find the lever and push in the wrong direction
  • ๐Ÿ•น๏ธ Maybe self control is a lever that Iโ€™ve been pushing too hard.

    • ๐Ÿง  perhaps the sleep deprevation turns off the prefrontal cortex, which results in less self criticism and the harsh resultung impact on ๐Ÿš€ motivation and ๐Ÿ˜Š mood
